Blending the knowledge of Physiotherapy ,massage therapy and Yoga,individual sequences are created according to your specific needs,followed by massage treatment. On your first session I will teach you a sequence of 15-20' so I can get more understanding of your body movement and going forward I will work on a sequence specifically designed for you and your areas of focus. In 1 hour long treatment expect 30' yoga and 30' massage therapy and in 90' long treatment 45' yoga and 45' massage. You will be encouraged to practice your sequence at home between our sessions. 

 

Yoga 1:1

Have you ever felt that you are not breathing properly? Or that your mind is constantly occupied by thoughts and worries? Yoga practice gives you the space to explore your own self, bring into harmony body and mind and release blocks and resistances. Our body can heal if we learn how to listen to it carefully. Yoga used to be taught individually according to the students needs, so even if you want just to get a better understanding of yoga asanas or work specifically towards your body in a private session Yoga 1:1 is for you.  Some of the benefits of yoga practice: Body awareness , improving posture, reducing stress, relieving body tension, improving flexibility&strength,connecting body ,mind and breath.

 

 

deep tissue massage

Deep tissue massage focuses on reliquary deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. One of the best and most effective way to treat pain and injury. Some of the same strokes are used as classic massage therapy, but the movement is slower and the pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain in order to reach the sub-layer of muscles and the fascia.
