My children’s yoga classes are multi-sensory yoga sessions which encourage movement, balancing, stretching and exploring. I hope to help to increase physical confidence by combining physical activities with breathing and relaxation. All this in a supportive and, most importantly, fun environment!

My classes are for children of any age.

Yoga is beneficial to children of all ages in many ways. Regular practice that includes breathing techniques, behavioural guidelines and physical postures can be incredibly valuable for them.

What are the benefits of Yoga classes for children?

Yoga can help to relax, relieve stress, anxiety and help you sleep better. Yoga improves emotional regulation, increases empathy and improves mood. Learning how breath is so important and can help them throughout the day. Children learn to focus on the pose by learning correct body alignment, and in doing so learn to focus on their bodies and how they function.
